Gaspar Inc. has the under-roof facilities to take care of any blasting and painting requirements your equipment may require. We offer the following:

• Ability to accommodate units up to 14’ diameter x 65’ long.  In some circumstances, even larger units can be accommodated with our auxilliary canopy.

• Abrasive blasting is achieved by using virgin Garnet material that is safe to use on carbon and stainless steels.

• Blasting profiles are determined by the specific paint data sheet, and all meet SSPC specifications.

• Conventional spraying, and airless spraying are utilized depending on the size of the unit being painted.

• Multiple paint manufacturer products are routinely used and include the following…

  • Sherwin Williams, International, Devoe, Ameron, Carboline, PPG, and more.

• Atmospheric conditions are regularly checked to ensure compliance with the specified paint data sheet.
