Since founding in 1967, Gaspar has been dedicated to excellence in metal joining, characterized by a tradition for quality.

 

Gaspar's tradition encompasses a wide range of metal fabrications, including tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, autoclaves, piping and electrolytic cell components, in metal from aluminum to zirconium, including design and engineering to ASME and TEMA specifications.

 

Gaspar, Inc. serves a variety of process industries worldwide:  chemical, petrochemical, agrochemical, pulp and paper, biotech, mining and refinery, polymers, plating, waste disposal, power plants and steel mills.

 

Gaspar, Inc. fabricates a considerable amount of process and pressure piping per B31 piping systems intended for chemical and powerhouse services.

 

We provide customer designed and high performance alloy fabrications with nickel alloys, Hastelloy®, stainless alloys, titanium, zirconium, tantalum, carbon steel; A - Z metals.

 

From the first drawing to the final package, we manufacture precisely to drawings and specifications, producing the most cost effective product for the least possible unit cost.

 

With 82,000 square feet under roof in Canton, Ohio and more that 200 years accumulated experience in modern metals such as titanium. Gaspar is uniquely qualified to provide a wide range of manufacturing service.

 

Separated facilities for welding "premium" metals exemplifies Gaspar's "clean room" approach to welding quality.

 

Our quality control uses state-of-the-art equipment along with on-line and visual inspections which supports our attention to detail commitment.  We strive to continuously improve the quality of our products and workforce to meet and/or exceed the requirements of our customers.
